First worn: Disneyland Dapper Day Fall 2019
You may be shocked to hear that this wasn’t my idea.Β My sister wanted to Disneybound as the kittens from Aristocats for Dapper Day, since she likes Berlioz.Β Marie was the obvious choice for me, and we got a friend to be Toulouse.Β I made a simple white dress with heart lace trim and then used some Lolita fashion pieces (head bow, wrist cuffs, socks, and shoes) to give the outfit a more prissy princess look.Β I used the opportunity to try out a new dress pattern, and I’m sad to say it was a bust.Β The dress ended up looking kind of frumpy.Β The pattern is too loose on top and not full enough at the hem, not a flattering shape.Β Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to alter it, so there it is.Β Still turned out cute!
