First worn: Ani-Magic 2006
Angel Hearts did our first ParaPara performance at Ani-Magic 2006. We did a bunch of HINOI TEAM songs, so we put together outfits inspired by these, which were used in “Pokemon Sunday”. We actually found various colors of white color-tipped fur which looked really cool, so we used that (we had pink, hot pink, neon yellow-green, baby blue, and lavender). We made fur vests and leg warmers, which people loved and kept asking us where we got them. We decided to go with contrasting color tank tops, whatever white bottoms we had, and platform sneakers. Some of us also made furry wrist bands and pom poms for our hair. These outfits were a lot of fun to perform in, and I’m sad we didn’t get better group photos.
