First worn: Anime Expo 2004
I’ve been an avid RO player since January 2002 (open beta), and I still play the game. It is one of my all-time favorites. The class designs are really cute… actually the whole game is really cute! I find the game relaxing and like that it’s easy to pick up and put down, especially for an MMORPG… but it’s also actually a fairly complex game if you really get into it. I did NOT intend for the Blacksmith to be my first RO cosplay (cuz wooo that top), but a friend lent me a blacksmith costume for a group, and the top was much more conservative. I had so much fun wearing it! I thought hey, this isn’t so bad, and it’s easy to make, so I should make one for myself so I can join RO cosplay groups! It turns out I actually really like playing the Blacksmith class too. Valeda is my Blacksmith on iRO Chaos/Renewal — her sprite is shown in the corner.
