My Pink Kitchen

After my little adventure with making a rainbow cake, I decided that if I was going to be baking occasionally, I would need a few things to make my life easier.  So of course, I hopped on Amazon to see if I could find those things in pink. 😉  Thus I ended up with a pink hand mixer, a set of pink whisks, and a set of pink measuring cups (other colors here, pink Tupperware ones here).

Then I got distracted (that always happens, right?) and found these cute pink floral dish gloves (similar ones here)!  They’re extra long, and fuzzy on the inside.  So now I can feel cute even when washing my dishes (hah)!

While I’m on the subject of my pink kitchen, I also have these adorable Hello Kitty kitchen utensils.  I love that the spatula and ladle are heart shaped!  But that ladle is obviously right handed, and I am left handed.  Awkward….

I have a pink mixing bowl, pink colanders, and more pink utensils.  If I ever need new pots and pans, I would definitely want to try these pink ones by GreenLife. I know someone who has a set of the turquoise, and she loves them.

I was lucky to find this pink Brita water pitcher years ago (currently there’s a pinkish purple).  I never used it when I lived up in NorCal, but the water quality in San Diego is terrible, so I’m glad I bought it.

I also have these cute oven mitts with a matching blue apron from Daiso.  I wish they still sold these, my mitts are getting a little beat up.

I should mention that even the walls in my kitchen are pink, and the backsplash is white and pink tile.  You can see a bit of it in the first picture.  This was not my doing, it was the previous owner!  But I am loving my pink kitchen, and slowly turning it more and more pink. ♥
