Whew! I have been busy. This last weekend, my parents came to visit and help me with my garden. I was happy to show them that the Joseph’s Coat climbing rose that they planted for me this past winter is doing well! Joseph’s Coat is an amazing multi-color rose with flowers that start out as reddish buds, turn orange as they begin to open, bloom into yellow roses with pinkish edging, and finally turn hot pink before they die. With blooms of all stages on a bush, you get an incredible multi-color mass of flowers. The yellow-orange-pink blends are also my favorite colors for roses (or actually, for any flower). The colors are so bright and cheery!
