It’s about time I leveled up my selfie game! Way past time, I would say. I finally got myself a ring light tripod for my phone. Bonus that it’s pink! No more awkward selfies! And I don’t have to pester my husband for full-body shots or photos of my back any more! The tripod also came with a Bluetooth remote, which makes things super easy as long as my hands aren’t showing (remote plus timer for the win, though). Now that I’ve been spoiled by this setup, I’ve started thinking it would be fun to play with an RGB heart shaped light, too.
I also got this pink selfie stick tripod, which is small enough to throw in my purse and take with me to conventions, tea parties, and other events! The max height is a little short, though, so when I saw the bigger one my friend had, I got that too (there’s an even taller one as well as different colors). It folds smooth so it’s super easy to pack for trips, but unfortunately it’s too large to put in my purse, so I’m glad I have the small one, too (there is also a small one without the light). I also have a small clip on light (similar to this cute pink kitty one!) that I rarely use, but I still throw it in my suitcase and bring it with me to events just in case. Now I have no excuse not to have any photos of my costumes and outfits any more!
I still have a lot of awkward selfies in my backlog, though… sorry. Ha ha.
