Yuki Mori – Space Battleship Yamato

Star Blazers was before my time, but I appreciate the old classics, and Yuki is cute. I have some older friends who wanted to do a Yamato group for masquerade. I also made Susumu Kodai for my husband and Shiro Sanada for a friend. I made my costume in two days! I’m really glad the stripes worked out because they were a PAIN to do (the leg stripes run down both sides of the leg and meet in a point in the back! D: ) and I wouldn’t have had time to redo anything. There is an opening in the ankle so I can put my shoes inside. I’m really happy with how this costume turned out. π (and the other two as well!)
