First worn: San Francisco Cherry Blossom Festival 2010
Using the costume reference for Haruka because images of this outfit are hard to find. These outfits are image color, so Chihaya’s top is light blue. These outfits are so cute, I’ve always loved waloli designs! Seriously though… hundreds of yards of ruffles for three of these. Thank goodness my mom helped! The amount of ruffles is kind of ridiculous. *_*
